We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), as well as Instant EFT and other methods supported through our payment partner, Peach Payments. All payment options are presented at checkout.

Yes — all prices on Couples Closet are displayed and charged in ZAR (South African Rand).
Standard shipping is a flat rate of R99 nationwide. Orders over R3,000 qualify for free shipping — because some evenings are worth going all in.
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days, wherever you are in South Africa. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you know exactly when to expect it.
Yes. Every order is shipped with tracking. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey to your door.
If you need to update your delivery address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate the change. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to redirect it.
We take this seriously. If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us and we’ll investigate with our courier partner and find the right resolution for you. Every case is handled individually and with care.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used. This is a strict hygiene policy to protect every customer. Unopened and unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery — please contact us to arrange this.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
We’re sorry if that happens — it’s not the experience we want for you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. We may ask for a photo of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
