We currently deliver to addresses within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Estimated delivery time frames vary depending on your location:

These are estimated time frames and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including public holidays, severe weather, courier backlogs or unforeseen disruptions.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We offer a flat-rate delivery charge of R99 on all orders. Orders over R3,000 qualify for free delivery. The exact delivery cost will be displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. There are no hidden delivery fees.

We understand that discretion matters. Every order from Couples Closet is shipped with your privacy as our absolute priority:

  • Plain outer packaging — all orders are shipped in unmarked, plain packaging with no brand logos, product names or imagery on the exterior.
  • No indication of contents — there is nothing on the outside of the package that reveals what is inside.
  • Shipping label — the label displays only your name and delivery address. The sender details do not reference “Couples Closet” or indicate the nature of the contents.
  • No promotional material on the exterior — we do not include external stickers, branding or promotional inserts that could reveal the nature of the order.

Your order is your business, and we treat it that way.

  • You are responsible for providing a correct, complete delivery address at checkout.
  • If you provide an incorrect address and the order is delivered to the wrong location, we are not liable for the loss.
  • If you choose to have your order delivered to a third party’s address (e.g. a workplace or another person’s home), you accept responsibility for the delivery at that location.

Goods become your responsibility once they have been delivered to the delivery address you specified in your order. This means that once the courier confirms delivery (including delivery to a guard house, reception desk or designated safe location at the address), the risk of loss or damage passes to you.

If a delivery is unsuccessful (for example, no one is available to receive the parcel), the courier will follow their standard process, which typically includes:

  • A notification via SMS or email with instructions for re-delivery or collection
  • One or more additional delivery attempts
  • An option to collect the parcel from a local depot or collection point

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

If your order arrives visibly damaged from transit, please:

  1. Note the damage with the courier driver at the point of delivery, if possible.
  2. Take photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged goods.
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at the email address below.
